A confidential client in the investment migration and wealth advisory sector is seeking a Head of Marketing.
The role leads global marketing strategy and drives high-quality client acquisition across international markets.
Estimated compensation and benefits
- Estimated total cash package is AED 20,000–30,000 per month.
- Additional stated benefits include medical insurance, an annual flight ticket, and a visa.
Work location and schedule
- The role is office-based in Dubai, UAE.
- The stated schedule is Monday to Friday.
- Applicants should already be based in Dubai to be considered.
Key requirements
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Proven success generating qualified leads and revenue through digital and performance marketing.
- Experience targeting high-net-worth individuals.
- Background in investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate, financial services, or a similar high-value sector.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Drive lead generation, brand growth, and marketing ROI.
- Manage digital marketing, content, PR, events, partnerships, and social media.
- Align with sales teams to improve conversion and client acquisition.
- Keep marketing activities compliant and brand-consistent.
