Electrical Commissioning Lead for an oil and gas project in the UAE.

Location and deployment
- Assignment is in Abu Dhabi and/or Ruwais, UAE, with a Ruwais site rotation specified.
- Deployment is 12 months, subject to the project completion schedule.
Salary package
- AED 28,000 per month, stated as non-negotiable.
- Package comprises AED 14,000 basic salary, AED 11,200 housing allowance, and AED 2,800 transport allowance.
- Salary is paid monthly and covers on- and off-rotation periods.
Rotation and hours
- Ruwais rotation is 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
- Work schedule is 10 hours per day; required overtime is included in the package.
- R&R flight tickets are not provided during rotation breaks.
Benefits and support
- Client provides site accommodation, transportation, meals, and laundry services.
- UAE residency visa, medical insurance, and mobilisation and demobilisation flights are provided.
- Annual leave, public holidays, sick leave, and end-of-service gratuity follow UAE Labour Law.
- While awaiting visa processing, ADNOC medicals, and mandatory training in Abu Dhabi, client-provided hotel accommodation with bed and breakfast is available.
Ideal candidate
- Extensive experience leading electrical commissioning on major industrial, energy, EPC, oil and gas, or petrochemical projects.
- Strong commissioning, start-up, testing, and handover experience.
- Previous ADNOC project exposure is highly advantageous.
- Immediate or short-notice mobilisation availability is preferred.
