Role overview

Lead global marketing strategy and drive high-quality client acquisition across international markets for a residency and citizenship-by-investment specialist.

The role is based in a Dubai office, Monday to Friday.

Estimated total cash package is AED 20,000–30,000 per month, plus medical insurance, an annual flight ticket, and visa.

Requirements

At least 8 years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
Proven success generating qualified leads and revenue through digital and performance marketing.
Experience targeting high-net-worth individuals.
Background in investment migration, wealth management, private banking, luxury real estate, financial services, or a similar high-value sector.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics.
Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
Excellent English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy.
Drive lead generation, brand growth, and marketing ROI.
Manage digital marketing, content, PR, events, partnerships, and social media.
Align with sales teams to improve conversion and client acquisition.
Ensure marketing activities remain compliant and consistent with the brand.
