Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Support payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR systems, and improve processes.
- Support regional HR projects and initiatives across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of professional HR generalist or HR advisor experience.
- Oil and gas sector experience is required.
- Exposure to European and/or multinational business environments.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR operations, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and HR-systems skills.
- Fluent English.
- Able to work independently, provide practical HR guidance, and own a regional remit.
