Senior, post-sales customer-facing role focused on cybersecurity and OT security.
Own strategic enterprise customer relationships across the Middle East and Africa.

What you’ll do
- Manage strategic enterprise customers across the MEA region.
- Drive onboarding, solution adoption, and long-term customer success.
- Build relationships with CISOs, IT/OT security leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead business reviews and demonstrate measurable value.
- Manage retention and renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Work with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams.
- Identify customer risks and manage escalations proactively.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 5 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Strategic Account Management.
- Background in Cybersecurity, Enterprise SaaS, or Industrial Technology.
- Experience managing enterprise customers across the Middle East.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and commercial awareness.
- Exposure to OT Security, ICS, or Critical Infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- Arabic and/or French language skills are a significant advantage.
