Experienced Senior Consultant supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives, with a focus on Transformation and Operating Model design.
The role suits candidates with an Operations or HR background, process-thinking skills, direct client experience, and ownership of key deliverables.
What you'll do
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models.
- Assess current processes and help design improved future-state processes.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support broader business and operational transformation initiatives.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and priorities.
- Take ownership of deliverables and drive work through to completion.
- Apply structured, logical, and process-oriented thinking to complex business challenges.
What we're looking for
- Experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives and a background in Operations, Human Resources, or a related functional area.
- Hands-on experience with Target Operating Model design and/or implementation, process design, process improvement, and SOP development.
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to independently manage and own deliverables.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience within HR and/or Payroll/Pay transformation.
- Experience supporting HR operating model, process, or technology transformation initiatives.
