Finance Transformation Manager, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) (Bilingual FR/EN)

Role overview

Engagement delivery and management

• Diagnose financial processes, define EPM requirements, assess process performance, and support costing, cost-benefit, and benchmarking analyses.
• Support vendor and software selection, including requirements gathering; work across consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards.
• Manage scope and objectives, engagement risks and economics, stakeholder relationships, project issues, and risks.
• Prepare and quality-review client deliverables; coach and train junior team members.

Business development and people development

• Contribute to proposals, proposal writing, cross-service-line client support, thought leadership, and point-of-view documents.
• Share knowledge across the PwC network, contribute to staffing and resource management, and participate in recruitment and retention.
• Coach colleagues, recognize strengths, and encourage ownership of personal development.

Experience and qualifications

• Must have 5–7+ years in consulting and software implementation.
• Hands-on experience with or implementing leading EPM applications, including OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP EPM, or another application.
• Managerial experience on transformational initiatives, demonstrated project management skills, and extensive knowledge of financial management leading practices.
• Working expertise or understanding across core accounting areas, including performance management and Record-to-Report.

Relevant technical experience

• Experience with multidimensional data models, input templates and reports, data integration and ETL concepts, calculations, workflow, permissions, and security is an asset.
• MBA and/or CPA is an asset; EPM application certification and EPM design, build, and testing experience are a plus.
• French is an asset outside Quebec and required for Quebec-based opportunities; client communication outside Quebec is primarily in English.
• Interest in digital upskilling, technology trends, learning new tools, and adapting work practices is expected.

Compensation

• Posted base salary range is CAD 112,400–162,400; ranges may vary by location. Eligible employees may also participate in variable incentive programs.
