SAP Integration Senior Manager (Bilingual FR/EN)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, architecture standards, reusable patterns, and system inventory.
• Lead architecture decisions and govern secure, scalable SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and produce designs, interface specifications, mappings, tests, deployment notes, and runbooks.
• Oversee integration development, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and quality reporting.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, stabilization, hypercare, and operational knowledge transfer.

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of SAP integration delivery experience and experience leading integration workstreams through full lifecycle programs.
• Experience delivering SAP integration for French-speaking clients across at least two to three projects, including bilingual workshops and documentation.
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in French and English.

Technical experience

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Integration, SAP PI/PO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and third-party middleware.
• Knowledge of APIs, event-driven, file-based and B2B integration, and protocols including IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData, SOAP, and REST.
• Knowledge of secure connectivity, monitoring, error handling, reconciliation, resiliency, and operational support.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations or major transformation programs is preferred.
• Relevant SAP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

• Posted base salary range is CAD 168,000–CAD 218,000; hiring range may vary by location and candidate qualifications.
