Role overview
SAP consulting manager role focused on SuccessFactors talent-management solutions and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend or develop client solutions.
- Design, configure, and document Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, and Learning modules.
- Assist with functional specifications, application support, system testing, and end-user training.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and scenarios to identify process, documentation, and user-experience issues.
Requirements
- Proven configuration experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, and Learning.
- Knowledge of key integration points between SuccessFactors modules and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Project.
- Cloud implementation methodology and project-planning experience, including at least four full-cycle implementations.
- Experience leading teams on SuccessFactors talent-management projects.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and problems, make recommendations, lead client workshops, and create documentation and training materials.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is CAD 112,400–162,400; the posting does not specify a pay cadence.
