The Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer will build secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud environments, with a focus on infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement cloud security practices, including access management, secrets management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployments and system performance.
- Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.
- Maintain technical documentation and improve cloud and DevOps operations.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience managing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and configuration management tools.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, system optimization, and cloud security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are preferred.
- Agile experience and understanding of networking fundamentals, cloud architecture, and security best practices are preferred.
