Lead software projects from initiation through completion, managing the full development lifecycle and stakeholder engagement.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead SDLC phases and define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Track milestones, progress, and risks; implement mitigation strategies and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure quality and business alignment of deliverables; report status and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–8 years managing IT or software development projects, with experience delivering software in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management; proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
