Structural execution and verification
- Oversee concrete reinforcement, formwork strikes, masonry alignment, and architectural structural steel integration against project requirements.
- Inspect site sectors for honeycombing, spatial variance, and deflection; record and correct defects before work advances.
Premium finish control
- Enforce precise wall verticality, floor leveling, right-angle plastering, and seamless joints for large-format premium tiles and natural marble.
- Supervise drywall framing and multi-layer configurations for finish treatments and integrated concealed lighting details.
Acoustics, waterproofing, and site control
- Monitor guestroom separation walls for acoustic insulation specifications and edge sealing.
- Enforce tested, multi-stage waterproofing in guestroom bathrooms, commercial kitchens, basements, and exposed flat roofs.
- Control bulk material storage, consumption batching, waste, and secure on-site distribution of imported finishes.
- Prepare daily engineering journals, site photographs, Requests for Information, and as-built redlines.
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized, accredited university.
- Minimum 7–10+ years of active site engineering experience, emphasizing luxury commercial interiors, five-star fit-outs, or premium residential developments.
- Strong attention to finish quality and cosmetic alignment, with authority to manage large site crews and subcontractors.
Pay
- AED 1.00–AED 10.00 per month.

- Full-time, on-site resident position in Somalia, according to the description.
