Provide dedicated business and functional support to Group Sourcing throughout the Oracle Fusion S2I implementation.
Ensure business requirements and procurement processes are captured, designed, validated, tested and implemented.
Responsibilities
- Capture, validate and maintain requirements across Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Purchasing and Governance.
- Validate solution design and GDD against approved business requirements.
- Coordinate decisions, clarifications and approvals among Group Sourcing, process owners and the implementation team.
- Support CRP and SIT; lead UAT, including scenarios, result validation, defect follow-up and business sign-off.
- Define and validate Oracle Fusion AI agent use cases and procurement automation opportunities.
- Support business users, design sign-offs, implementation readiness and transition to new S2I processes.
- Support go-live readiness, post-implementation issue resolution and stabilization.
Minimum Resource Requirements
- 6+ years of Oracle Cloud SCM or Procurement experience.
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Contract Management and Inventory.
- Experience across GDD, CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live and hypercare.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities.
- Oracle Procurement Cloud certification is preferred.
- Strong business, functional and stakeholder-management skills.
