Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in corporate banking and payments.
The role works with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver banking and payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams on banking and payment solution delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of Business Analyst experience in corporate banking and payments.
- Strong expertise in corporate banking products, payment systems, and transaction banking.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of payment platforms, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and domestic and international payment processes.
- Experience in stakeholder management, UAT coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work with business, IT, and cross-functional teams.
