About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence within the CFD/financial trading industry.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of CFD, Forex, and financial markets, with strong branding and marketing experience.
Mandarin proficiency is required to support regional communication and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company business objectives.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence across online and offline channels.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand partnerships.
- Work closely with KOL, media buying, CRM, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the CFD/Forex industry.
- Monitor campaign performance, brand awareness, and user engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize branding strategies for Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Ensure all branding materials comply with industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate branding assets, events, sponsorships, and corporate communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Brand Management.
- Prior experience in the CFD, Forex, FinTech, or financial trading industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of CFD products, trading platforms, and financial markets.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand growth strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media branding, and performance marketing is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or regional financial brands.
- Knowledge of global market trends within the CFD industry.
- Experience managing KOL/influencer branding campaigns is a plus.
