About This Role
Our client, a leading multinational healthcare organization, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead and grow their OTC portfolio across the Middle East region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and strategic marketer to take ownership of high-impact brands and drive their next phase of growth across diverse markets.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading brand strategy and execution across key OTC categories
• Driving integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, trade, and consumer channels
• Identifying growth opportunities and building strong market activation plans
• Working closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, medical, regulatory, and sales
• Managing regional launches, portfolio expansion, and brand performance tracking
What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven experience managing OTC brands within the Middle East region
✔ Strong track record delivering successful 360 marketing campaigns
✔ Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks across GCC and wider ME markets
✔ Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
✔ Experience within multinational FMCG, consumer health, or pharmaceutical environments preferred
