About Role
As a **Senior Brand & Visual Designer**, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Applicant to join our team at the Head Office in the **UAE**.
The role is part of **AWAT Group**, specializing in veterinary specialist, with operations and branches across the **GCC** countries.
**This role** requires a strong background in both print and digital design, preferred with specific experience in pharmaceutical or medical-related artwork, packaging, and promotional materials.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting regulatory, medical registration, and marketing activities through high-quality visual design work, with a strong focus on **pharmaceutical** and **veterinary** product documentation and branding.
The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative outputs that comply with **regulatory standards**, enhance brand visibility, and effectively engage target audiences across both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality graphic designs for veterinary pharmaceutical products, including packaging, labels, brochures, and regulatory documentation.
- Support medical registration and regulatory affairs teams with required visual materials for product submissions and approvals.
- Create marketing and promotional materials in alignment with company branding guidelines.
- Contribute to the design and execution of digital marketing content across social media platforms and company digital channels.
- Assist in developing visual content for advertising campaigns and promotional activities. - Ensure consistency and accuracy in all design outputs, especially those related to pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain consistent corporate identity across all platforms, Update and refine brand guidelines to ensure alignment across departments
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Maintain and organize a structured library of design assets and templates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in **graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts**, or a related field. - Minimum **3–5 years** of proven experience in graphic design (preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, veterinary, or regulated industries).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite **(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Pro, Blender)** and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and social media content design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail, especially in regulatory and technical design materials.
- Age preference: 30–35 years.
