The Work
- Present technical overviews of apexportal and technical requirements to clients during implementation and upgrade planning.
- Implement apexportal Solutions software for global clients.
- Design and develop workflows and user interfaces for apexportal functionality and present them to stakeholders.
- Assist clients with ERP-to-apexportal interfaces and lead ERP integration testing, including data reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for client implementations.
- Provide regular and ad hoc information and recommendations to leadership.
- Review corporate policies and enforce Apex Corporate Security Standards.
The Must-Haves
- At least 4 years of experience with software development life cycle methodologies; the posting labels this optional.
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL and SQL Server, including complex stored procedures, indexes, views, and jobs.
- Knowledge of data definition, manipulation, control, and transactional control.
- Experience administering SQL databases, including creating and restoring backups.
- Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with SFTP and PGP is preferred.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Grafana is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in an analyst, data analyst, ETL analyst, ETL developer, or similar data-focused role with data warehousing exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, finance, data, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience supporting external clients with automated, scalable solutions.
- Experience with Accounts Payable applications in PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or J.D. Edwards is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business units to define application and system configuration standards.
