Key responsibilities
- Serve as Platform Manager for DealCloud, overseeing functionality, user access, and platform enhancements.
- Review transaction documents and investment committee materials to support accurate deal pipeline data capture.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs and enforce data quality and governance standards.
- Train and support users, monitor platform usage, troubleshoot issues, and maintain process documentation.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel to an onsite location in the Middle East when required.
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Three to four years of experience in CRM management, deal operations, or investment support roles.
- Hands-on experience with DealCloud or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical business applications is a plus.
- Willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations.
