The role is an Associate or Senior Associate position focused on Dimension data processing and primary research.
The reporting department is Primary Research, and the reporting designation is Assistant Director.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process tables and perform data cleaning using the Dimension tool.
- Perform data weighting and related data-processing activities.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client schedules and timelines.
- Discuss questionnaire and tabulation-specification issues with clients and suggest solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients and act as an interface between the team and client counterparts.
- Manage internally sponsored benchmarking initiatives and respond proactively to emerging issues.
- Assist the supervisor with procedures, process execution, problem diagnosis, and client issues.
- Participate in review meetings when requested.
Education and Experience
- Preferred educational backgrounds include BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc in IT, BSc in Statistics, or an NIIT diploma.
- Required experience is 3-6 years in research, analysis, data tabulation, cross-tabulation, or data processing.
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of data processing and table processing using the Dimension tool.
- Strong knowledge of data cleaning and weighting.
- Clear client communication and ability to work between internal and client teams.
- Proactive approach to learning market research techniques, internal software, and processes.
Work Environment
- The position requires a permanent night shift.
- The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
