Role overview
SDV is seeking a Senior Architect for a full-time office position based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design stages.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project stakeholders.
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, and design quality; ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes, and authority requirements.
- Lead BIM/Revit design development and coordination.
- Review and mentor junior architects and technical staff.
- Support client presentations, authority submissions, and technical reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD; strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Experience with steel and industrial projects is mandatory; experience working in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.
- Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
