The Senior Analyst supports above-the-wing airport operations using AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation to improve passenger flow, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
The focus is end-to-end project delivery rather than technical support, operations support, service commissioning, or service management.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational requirements into analytical and automated solutions and prepare clear requirements documentation.
- Support validation and UAT, working closely with airport-wide stakeholders and vendors.
- Deliver projects from requirements definition and stakeholder alignment through validation and UAT.
- Apply AI/ML, video analytics, and process automation to improve passenger flow and operational efficiency.
Candidate requirements
- The posting states 7–10 years of aviation experience and separately lists eight years of aviation experience as required.
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and presentation capabilities are essential.
- Airport operations or a similar high-throughput environment is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as AED 20,000–22,000 per month.
