Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and administration for enterprise security infrastructure.
Handle complex security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement security solutions, and protect IT environment security, availability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for complex cybersecurity and network-security incidents.
- Monitor and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, WAF, SIEM, and endpoint-security solutions.
- Investigate alerts and potential threats; support incident response, threat investigation, and remediation.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Configure security platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or equivalent.
- Analyze firewall rules, logs, security events, and traffic for suspicious activity.
- Support vulnerability management, patching, hardening, and security compliance.
- Manage site-to-site and remote-access VPNs; collaborate across SOC, network, systems, cloud, and application teams.
- Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, and maintain policies and technical documentation.
- Review security architecture, recommend improvements, integrate security tools, and support audits and penetration-test remediation.
- Provide engineering, hardening, architecture support, policy review/design, complex troubleshooting, disaster-recovery support, and governance inputs.
Requirements
- The posting requests L3 candidates with 13 or more years of hands-on experience.
- Deep troubleshooting experience of 10 years is required.
- Palo Alto certification is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–9,000 per month.
