Aventus is hiring a Senior Analyst in its Corporate Finance & Treasury department.
The permanent role supports investment decisions and focuses on Capital Development & Equity.
Responsibilities
- Assess new investment opportunities from initial screening through due diligence.
- Build financial models and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare investment decks for senior management.
- Help structure and negotiate commercial terms.
- Work with consultants, partners, and external stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- At least 2.5 years of experience in valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
- Strong DCF and financial modelling skills.
- A background at Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG, or in real estate, investment, or consultancy firms.
- Progress toward the CFA is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary of AED 28,000–30,000.
- Annual travel allowance of AED 19,000 and education allowance of up to AED 60,000.
- Medical insurance for the candidate and family, and 25 days of annual leave.
