The practice advises investment funds, financial institutions, multinational corporates, and insolvency practitioners on multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Disputes work
- Handle complex commercial litigation and cross-border disputes, including shareholder disputes and corporate litigation.
- Work on restructuring, insolvency, and contentious financial matters.
- Support offshore litigation, enforcement, and asset recovery.
- Work with international counsel and colleagues across a global offshore network, alongside experienced partners.
Candidate requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of post-qualification experience; qualified in England and Wales for Cayman and BVI admission.
- Strong commercial litigation experience from a leading Legal 500-ranked or international law firm.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and case management skills; experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Previous BVI, Cayman Islands, or offshore disputes experience is advantageous but not essential; transferable commercial litigation experience will be considered.
