Key responsibilities
- Lead platform operations and technical management.
- Drive IT service management across incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
- Manage enterprise applications, middleware, and integrations.
- Oversee platform performance, security, and patch management.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage vendors and managed service partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience in platform operations and IT service management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and middleware environments.
- Experience managing critical business platforms in large enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Utilities, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industry experience is preferred.
