About the role

Aventus is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join a banking organisation in Eastern Saudi Arabia.

The role is an initial six-month contract with the potential for extension.

It is a fast-paced, operational recruitment role managing high volumes of vacancies and delivering end-to-end recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy intake and candidate sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, agree candidate profiles, and establish recruitment timelines.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Support recruitment across various business functions, ideally including banking and financial services roles.
  • Coordinate offers, salary discussions, approvals, pre-employment checks, and required documentation in line with internal policies.
  • Liaise with HR, onboarding teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, update the applicant tracking system, and ensure candidate and vacancy data is kept up to date.
  • Track recruitment progress, monitor outstanding vacancies, and provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
  • Proactively follow up on interview feedback, pending approvals, and candidate decisions to minimise delays and keep recruitment processes moving.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner, or Recruitment Specialist role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A proactive, organised, and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and hit recruitment deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
  • Banking or financial services recruitment experience is preferred.

Contract Details

  • Initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
  • Based in Eastern Saudi Arabia.
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused position within a busy banking environment.

Workplace

  • Remote working from outside of Eastern KSA is not possible.
