Hiring an Oracle Techno-Functional HCM-EBS SME; Arabic speaker required.

Techno-Functional SME bridges HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
- Perform hands-on Oracle Database work including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting).
- Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
- Ability to work on-site for the full contract duration.
- Immediate or short-notice availability (already holding IQAMA).
- Solid knowledge in EBS.
