Key Responsibilities
Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, roadmap planning, development, launch, and iteration.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Lead the development of AI-powered products and intelligent workflows for government and enterprise use cases.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing to validate product decisions.
Translate business problems into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
Prioritize product backlog and manage releases based on business value and customer impact.
Define KPIs and success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with AI Engineering teams to evaluate and implement LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and other AI capabilities.
Drive stakeholder alignment across technical teams, leadership, and government partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
Hands-on experience managing AI-powered or Generative AI products.
Strong understanding of:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (Rag)
AI model evaluation
AI-assisted product development
Experience working closely with software engineering and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
