Head of Technology Delivery & Operations | AI & Digital Transformation
Key Responsibilities
Lead and build a high-performing Technology Delivery function.
Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent technology and AI initiatives.
Lead Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and ensure predictable project delivery.
Drive Agile delivery, governance, and portfolio planning.
Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and portfolio reviews.
Coordinate procurement, budgets, vendor management, and technical recruitment.
Manage project risks, dependencies, capacity planning, and stakeholder communications.
Continuously improve delivery frameworks and operational processes.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or PMO.
Minimum 6 years leading delivery teams or Technical Program Managers.
Experience managing large enterprise technology portfolios with multiple concurrent projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and AI/ML project delivery.
Experience with executive reporting, portfolio governance, and stakeholder management.
Exposure to procurement, finance, vendor management, and recruitment operations.
Government or public sector digital transformation experience is an advantage.
