We're looking for an experienced
Principal Ai Product Manager
to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered digital products used by government entities at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution from concept through launch.
- Build and scale AI-native products leveraging LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Conduct customer discovery and translate user needs into impactful product solutions.
- Partner closely with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and stakeholders.
- Define product metrics, OKRs, and success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years as
Staff, Principal, or Group Product Manager
- .
- Experience building AI-powered products using:
- LLMs
- Generative AI
- Conversational AI
- Agentic AI
- RAG
- Strong technical understanding of modern AI architectures.
- Proven experience delivering products from
Zero-To-One
- and scaling enterprise products.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-enabled product development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preffered
- Experience with AI-native technology companies.
- Government digital transformation experience.
- Enterprise platform/product development.
