Qualifications

  • Strong Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, with experience coordinating F&B operations for events or hospitality environments.
  • Proficiency in Food Safety practices, including knowledge of hygiene standards, safe handling procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, hotels, or corporate catering is highly desirable.
  • Comfort working on-site, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as event schedules require.
  • Basic proficiency in office and scheduling software; experience with event management or POS systems is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset in a multicultural environment.
