The Role
We're expanding our AI team and looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help scale the next generation of our AI Legal Assistant. You'll ship production features powered by LLMs, Agents, and RAG to top-tier Saudi clients — working on one of the most rewarding domains in AI: Arabic legal intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end AI features powered by LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Develop multi-agent systems with tool use, planning, and autonomous task execution.
- Design and optimize retrieval pipelines tailored to Arabic legal content (full-text search, vector search, re-ranking, etc).
- Fine-tune and benchmark foundation models (Qwen, OSS, GLM, etc) for legal use cases.
- Integrate custom tools, skills, and MCPs into the agent workflows.
- Ensure production quality: accuracy, latency, cost, and safety.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in AI/ML engineering with strong focus on LLMs, Generative AI, and Agents.
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems — not just prototypes or jupyter notebooks.
- Strong Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT, etc).
- Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex and agent patterns (ReAct, tool use, multi-agent).
- Solid experience with retrieval methods and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
- Familiarity with fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP, etc), and MLOps basics.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Makkah.
Nice to Have : Arabic NLP, legal-tech experience, MCP integrations, LangSmith/LangFuse.
