Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Specialist interested in working at the intersection of law and technology. The role focuses on legal research, analysis, drafting, and preparing studies, while contributing to the development of legal tech products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze modern laws and regulations.
- Review contracts and legal documents.
- Translate legal processes into structured workflows that support product development.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of legal tech solutions.
- Utilize AI tools and modern technologies to enhance legal work efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand products and ensure alignment with legal frameworks.
- Evaluate outputs generated by AI tools used in legal work and ensure their legal accuracy and quality.
- Improve the use of AI tools by refining prompts and developing workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Experience in legal drafting.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern legal regulations.
- Interest and understanding of modern technologies, especially Legal Tech.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
This role is suitable for candidates with a legal background who are interested in working in a tech-driven environment focused on product development, rather than traditional litigation or compliance work.
