About This Role

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a strong command of English, capable of creating bilingual content. You will be responsible for everything from crafting unique brand identities (logos, colors, and themes) to designing engaging digital and print assets that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Visual Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand identities, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
• Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with the brand’s core values.

2. Digital & Social Media Design:

• Create eye-catching graphics for all social media platforms (Instagram, x, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design high-quality visuals and illustrations for blog posts and website articles.
• Develop attractive layouts for promotional emails and newsletters.
• Design effective web assets, including banners and website pop-up ads.

3. Print & Marketing Collateral:

• Design professional print materials such as roll-up banners, brochures, and flyers for events or office branding.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality production.

4. Collaboration & Execution:

• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual masterpieces.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Languages: Arabic speaker with a high level of proficiency in English .

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign ).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding/logo design and a variety of digital/print marketing materials.

• Artistic Eye: Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography in both Arabic and English scripts.
