Senior - Accountants Payable & General Ledger

Responsibilities
- Oversee hospital accounts payable and general ledger activities, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations, and timely payments.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing; review accruals, prepayments, provisions, and balance sheet schedules.
- Review supplier discrepancies, expenditure allocations, and payment controls, coordinating with Procurement and departmental budget owners.
- Prepare financial reports and audit schedules, supervise junior accountants, and strengthen accounting procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 6 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in financial closing, internal controls, ERP systems, Excel, and supervision of accounting staff.
