Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations.
- Prepare
- monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with
International Financial Reporting Standards (Ifrs)

- Monitor financial transactions and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Assist management with required reporting related to real estate projects and investments.
- Handle the month-end closing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- accounting
- **Professional certifications required:**
- CMA or IFRS Diploma.
- Minimum
- 7–12 years of accounting experience

- **Experience in the real estate or Constructions industries is highly preferred.**
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.

- Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
