Marketing Supervisor
to join our growing team in the
real estate development sector
.
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong experience in
paid campaigns, digital marketing, and real estate branding
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize
- paid advertising campaigns
- (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.)
- Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to support project launches and campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
- Supervise external agencies, designers, and content creators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum
- 5–8 years of experience
- in marketing, with a strong focus on
- real estate development
- Proven expertise in
- paid media campaigns
- and performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Paid Media
- Experience in launching and marketing real estate projects
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and lead generation strategies
