Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Architecture Engineering
- (minimum requirement)
- **7 to 10 years of experience**
- in architectural design and project management
- Previous experience working as a
Project Manager
in both design and execution phases
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in preparing
- architectural designs
- in compliance with the
Saudi Building Code
- , and the regulations of municipalities and local authorities
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and project management software:
- Revit
• AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- ArchiCAD
- Photoshop
- Primavera P6
- Solid knowledge of
- construction regulations
- and building codes in Saudi Arabia, including local municipal requirements and
Wadi Hanifa Code
- Ability to ensure designs meet all regulatory and environmental requirements specific to the project location
- Demonstrated
- leadership and administrative skills
- in managing teams, following up on tasks, and coordinating across departments
