Project Manager (Civil Engineer)
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale
residential and commercial development projects
, with proven expertise in infrastructure and construction execution.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering
- (minimum requirement)
- **10 to 15 years of professional experience**
- in civil engineering and project management
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Proven experience in executing
- infrastructure (underground) and superstructure works
- for residential and commercial projects
- Strong ability to review engineering drawings and ensure proper coordination between contractors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in engineering and office software:
- Civil 3D
- AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid knowledge of the
Saudi Building Code
- and regulations/requirements of municipalities and local authorities
- Experience in
- quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparation of progress reports and project invoices
- Familiarity with
- off-plan sales and leasing regulations (Wafi program)
- Demonstrated
- administrative and technical leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage all project phases and conduct regular coordination meetings with project stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in
Value Engineering
and/or
Pmp (Project Management Professional)
- Prior experience in real estate development projects within Saudi Arabia
