Role overview

Compensation

• Salary is AED 6,000 per month, with bachelor's accommodation, food, and transportation stated in the description.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and book purchase invoices for raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and capital expenditure.
• Manage customer invoicing, outstanding receivables, overdue payment follow-up, and customer accounts.
• Process bank payments and receipts, perform reconciliations, and accurately record banking transactions.
• Coordinate letters of credit and bank guarantees with banks, including issuance, amendments, renewals, documentation, and tracking.
• Monitor cash positions, prepare cash flow and fund flow statements, and support working capital planning.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports; maintain material accounting records and reconcile inventory data with purchase and stock records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, ledger scrutiny, balance sheet schedules, and account finalisation.
• Maintain accounting records and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and management presentations using Excel and presentation tools.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.
• Five to eight years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or industrial businesses.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, LC/BG, cash flow, and month-end closing.
• Material accounting, inventory reconciliation, and manufacturing transaction experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, and financial reporting; good presentation skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
