Salary
- Salary range is AED 40,000–45,000 per month, plus incentives and benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional revenue, gross margin, and market share targets for IT volume lines.
- Build and lead an inside and field transactional sales team; set KPIs, dashboards, and regular pipeline reviews.
- Expand and activate reseller coverage across the UAE and GCC; drive repeat-buy programs, e-commerce or portal adoption, and partner segmentation.
- Implement discount governance, credit and risk controls, and pricing strategies to protect margins while growing volume.
- Partner with supply chain, finance, and marketing to optimize inventory turns, promotions, and sell-through analytics.
- Build a predictable sales pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
- Hire, mentor, and coach sales managers and representatives; improve quota attainment, ramp time, and retention.
Must-have qualifications
- 10–15+ years of B2B sales, including at least 5–7 years in UAE/GCC ICT distribution in volume, SMB, or mid-market business.
- Proven leadership of large transactional sales teams of 15–30+ representatives, with measurable performance improvements.
- Deep experience in IT volume lines and broad reseller or channel management across the UAE and GCC.
- Strong commercial acumen in margin management, discount governance, credit and risk control, and accurate forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
