About This Role

At Morgan Philips, we are looking for an Account Manager to lead the company’s commercial expansion across the Middle East region, driving business growth through the identification and development of new opportunities, the closing of strategic deals, and the establishment of strong and sustainable relationships with key accounts. The role requires a consultative sales approach, a high level of autonomy, strong results orientation, and a deep connection with the region’s business, technology, and institutional ecosystem.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring the achievement of business targets.
  • Define and execute market entry and growth strategies tailored to each country and customer segment.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop and strengthen the local partner ecosystem to accelerate market penetration and business expansion.
  • Act as a company ambassador in the region by representing the organization at industry events, sector forums, and institutional engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments, translating key insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
  • Adapt the company’s value proposition and commercial approach to the cultural and business dynamics of each market within the region.

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of experience in B2B sales and/or business development within technology-driven environments.
  • Strong experience managing and growing enterprise or institutional accounts across the Middle East region, particularly within sectors such as utilities (Oil & Gas) and EPC.
  • Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern business, technological, and cultural landscape.
  • Solid knowledge of local purchasing processes and commercial relationship models.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing strategic commercial agreements within the region.
  • Strong hunter profile, with a highly commercial mindset and clear results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to understand, position, and sell complex technology solutions.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Arabic is considered a strong plus.
