  • **About the Role**
  • The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic client accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term business relationships.
  • This role combines high-level account management with proactive business development activities to ensure client satisfaction, account expansion, and achievement of commercial objectives.
  • The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, sales, and strategic planning skills to maximize profitability and support the company’s growth initiatives.
  • **Main Objectives**

  • **What Will You Do?**
  • · Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic and key client accounts.
  • · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and trust-building.
  • · Understand client business needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with company services and capabilities.
  • · Manage customer account activities, including contract negotiations, renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
  • · Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.
  • · Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • · Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • · Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
  • · Prepare and deliver professional presentations, commercial proposals, and service demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • · Coordinate with internal departments including operations, finance, quality, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • · Ensure all client deliverables are completed in accordance with agreed SLAs and SOWs.
  • · Handle client concerns, escalations, and operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • · Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify business opportunities and commercial risks.
  • · Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account reports, and CRM records.
  • · Prepare periodic management reports related to account performance, revenue generation, customer feedback, and pipeline status.
  • · Participate in industry events, conferences, networking activities, and business meetings to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • · Support junior account management team members when required and contribute to commercial planning initiatives.
  • **KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**
  • · Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • · Maintain client retention rate of 90% or higher.
  • · Increase revenue growth from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • · Timely closure of commercial deals and contract renewals.
  • · Maintain healthy sales pipeline and conversion rates.
  • · Customer satisfaction rating based on client feedback and surveys.
  • · Growth of strategic and key accounts.
  • · Accuracy of sales forecasting and account reporting.
  • · Response and resolution time for client escalations.
  • **Qualifications & Requirements**
  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • · 5–8 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
  • · Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts.
  • · Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • · Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • · Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
  • · Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • · Experience in service-based industries is preferred.
  • · Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • · Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
