Senior Accountant (Holiday Homes Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

• **Full-Cycle Accounting:** Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• **Tax Compliance:** Prepare and file **Corporate Tax and VAT** returns (UAE MoF & FTA regulations).
• **Financial Reporting:** Prepare periodic statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• **Audit & Control:** Audit account statements and internal records for 100% accuracy.
• **Operations:** Oversee debt collection and accurately calculate commissions and expenses.
• **Advisory:** Provide financial insights to help us optimize costs and grow.

Requirements

• **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Accounting/Finance **within the UAE**.
• **Tools:** Expert proficiency in **QuickBooks** and MS Excel.
• **Tax Knowledge:** Solid understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws.
• **Languages:** **Fluent in Arabic & English** (Written and Spoken).
• **Industry:** Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is a huge plus.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Package

• **Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (All-inclusive).
• **Benefits:** Standard UAE Labor Law benefits (Medical Insurance, etc.).
• **Joining Date:** Within 2-4 weeks.
• Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
