Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file Corporate Tax and VAT returns (UAE MoF & FTA regulations).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Audit & Control: Audit account statements and internal records for 100% accuracy.
- Operations: Oversee debt collection and accurately calculate commissions and expenses.
- Advisory: Provide financial insights to help us optimize costs and grow.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting/Finance within the UAE.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (Written and Spoken).
- Industry: Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is a huge plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Package:
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (All-inclusive).
- Benefits: Standard UAE Labor Law benefits (Medical Insurance, etc.).
- Joining Date: Within 2-4 weeks.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)

- Accounting: 3 years (Required)
- Quick Books: 1 year (Required)
- UAE Tax & VAT laws: 1 year (Required)
- Real Estate or Holiday Homes Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
