Key responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships and serve as a strategic communications adviser.
- Develop and implement corporate PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead media relations, executive positioning, thought leadership, and reputation programmes.
- Advise on issues, reputation, and crisis communications; oversee integrated PR campaigns from strategy through delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop account teams across multiple accounts.
- Manage budgets, profitability, forecasting, and commercial growth; monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of PR, corporate communications, or strategic communications experience, ideally in an agency; 3–4 years should be at senior level.
- Bilingual Arabic and English is desirable.
- Strong corporate PR, reputation management, media relations, and executive communications experience.
- Proven senior stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
- Strong strategic, client management, communication, and commercial skills.
- Experience in corporate, government, financial services, technology, or professional services is advantageous.
