Recruiting an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to drive employee development, leadership programs, talent management, and organizational culture initiatives.
Hands-on role focused on instructional design, training-program development, and end-to-end L&D execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver internal programs for leadership, functional competencies, and employee development.
- Manage high-potential talent programs, succession initiatives, and Individual Development Plans.
- Assess training needs and create solutions for organizational capability gaps.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives with internal stakeholders and change agents.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and learning sessions across teams.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in L&D, talent development, and organizational culture.
- Hands-on instructional design, training content development, and end-to-end program delivery experience.
- Experience developing leadership programs, employee competency frameworks, and talent-development initiatives.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills; excellent command of English.
- Multinational organization experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the Middle East and Africa business environment is advantageous.
- Dedicated corporate L&D background required; primarily sales training, product training, or generalist HR profiles are not considered.
- Must have personally designed, developed, and implemented structured employee learning and leadership programs, not only coordinated training or managed external providers.
