Role overview
Experienced Construction Project Manager acting as the client's representative for residential developments, including villas and apartment projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from initial groundworks through final handover.
- Manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and site progress.
- Oversee contract administration, claims, variations and contractual compliance.
- Resolve technical and construction-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and HSE standards.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in project management.
- Proven experience delivering residential construction projects within the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
- Experience managing large site teams and overseeing main contractors.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims and variations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Immediate availability or a maximum one-week notice period is strongly preferred.
