Senior technical leadership role supporting enterprise-wide technology operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

The role is not purely strategic or service delivery; it requires technical depth across cybersecurity, networking, and telephony.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications.
- Manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, data centers, cloud environments, and network security.
- Lead cybersecurity operations covering SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, and ISO 27001 compliance.
- Oversee PBX, SIP trunking, VoIP, and unified communications platforms.
- Manage infrastructure projects, disaster recovery, business continuity, and technology upgrades.
- Lead technical teams, vendors, and budgets while ensuring operational efficiency and service availability.
- Provide senior management with technical recommendations, strategic guidance, and infrastructure improvement plans.
Candidate requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including IT infrastructure and technical team management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and telephony.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco networking, Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and enterprise security technologies.
- Practical experience with PBX, SIP trunking, VoIP, and unified communications.
- Understanding of ISO 27001, IT governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP/CISM, CCNP/CCIE, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
- Ability to manage technical teams, vendors, budgets, and complex infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; UAE experience is desirable.
