Role Overview
Teach students with special educational needs and support their academic and developmental goals.
Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment in the classroom and across the school campus.
Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum to meet developmental goals and instructional activities.
- Prepare lesson materials, grade papers, manage the classroom, and evaluate students.
- Measure student progress and accomplishments and provide progress reports as required.
- Create and maintain attendance, accident, incident, and other noteworthy event records.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with outlined guidelines.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with families, coworkers, supervisors, and school staff.
- Attend conferences and workshops to further professional development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two years of SEN teaching experience is preferred.
- English and Arabic language ability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1.00 to QAR 2.00 per month.
Workplace
- The role is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
